This is a brand new item, however it is not in the retail box as in stores. A charger is included in all packages, however, chargers are not guaranteed to be USB.

They dont show the box pic of black versions both locked & unlocked but all red versions have pic of box , waiting for their reply on if the locked version comes in retail box
