Graphic Cards ATi Stream

Guys the inbuilt converter really is bad in terms of encoding in different formats [containers] . So I was wondering what softwares support ATi Stream while converting ?

Did a Google search got cyberlink but read that its bad in converting and doesn't have a lot of custom.

i use MEGUI but it uses your CPU power so not much idea about GPU

anyway i have read some where that using GPU power to encode doesn't give best result [talking abt nvidia]
