Today I received "Foxconn d42s 3.0" motherboard from ebay.in from selae8shop.
The link of the product is GIGABYTE GA-D425TUD INTEL ATOM DDR3 RAM SLOT 3Yrs Warr | eBay

I have ordered Gigabyte board but seller send me Foxconn board... so i asked him about it. He explained "Foxconn is nothing but Gigabyte and the old board was not available this is latest one with latest intel chipset & if u have any prob. you can return it"

So friends what should i do?...also I have ddr3 1333 RAM will it compatible?

I have bought electronic items on ebay before, but when I try to send it back sometimes, it is nearly impossible. Every courier/parcel company rejects it saying that they do not ship electronics. What is the solution?
