Audio problem in windows 10?

In my PC I am getting an issue with audio. I had done troubleshoot in Windows 10 and removed the audio cable and connected it again. But audio not working. Can anyone help me to how fix it?
 
Can you please elaborate the issue little more? Assuming you are talking about speakers attached to a PC/ Laptop.
Compared to Mac OS, Windows audio situation can be really complicated. I have first hand experience.

Can you share more information of your hardware, i.e. motherboard
 
Some ports are not compatible with new 3.5 mm jack so just adjust back cable of speaker or headphone by slightly insert and remove if beep sound on earphone or speakers come adjust manually port wire
 
Same problem I was having I removed the front audio Jack from mobo. And hola it worked.
