Haven't done anything new with Gimp 2.6.. Except reviewing it .. Was thinking of doing something new but was out of ideas and being lazy as always...
So I got few tutorials to work upon.. and I did this .. Looks pretty good and I learnt a new thing.. Changing Ps tutorials will be so much easy now for me ... So here it is a small preview of what I stared
The Gimp Splash .. Will come up with better splashes or maybe wallpaper soon .... I am still new with this technique so it will take some time do experiment with it

Do post comments and suggestion for making it more better.. Can't get hold of better font I am out with some good ones. Ubuntu font collection isn't that great
Will change when I get some good fonts
