Automatically do Alt+Tab between 2 windows at regular intervals

I have a requirement wherein i have 2 chrome windows open and I want to periodically make each of these windows active. Basically I want the focus on these 2 windows every X seconds. How can I accomplish this using some program or some script ?
I did find a program called "Auto Tab" but it appears that it will cycle only if 2 separate programs but not windows of same program. So I guess it can cycle between a firefox and chrome window but not between 2 chrome windows.
 
Do you need them to be in separate windows? What about 2 tabs in same Chrome window? There appear to be tab switcher extensions for both FF and Chrome.[DOUBLEPOST=1478237856][/DOUBLEPOST]If you want to hide the other tab while one is visible (the reason for having separate windows) maybe keep the browser window as full screen?

I am ok with 2 tabs in same chrome window as well. I will check the tab switcher extension and see if it works. Thanks.
