Autotag mp3 and update lyrics?

is there any plug-in in foobar or winamp.. which can automatically download the lyrics tags and artwork while playing the songs?

i could only find mp3tag, but didn't like it so much
 
For getting lyrics in winamp there is an option , its a general plugin called leoslyrics plugin.

It connects to a server and gets the lyrics for u.

U can either save the lyrics in a separate txt file or u can embed it in the ID3V2 tag.

As for the Artwork , i have heard ppl use itunes for that as well some other apps like Album Cover Art Downloader.

For tags , TagScanner is supposed to be good.
