AV Receiver - Which one to get

Which one is better

• Yamaha RX-V665
  
• Denon AVR 1910
  
• Onkyo TX-SR577
  

There is similar Yamaha model RX-V665BL which I do not want to buy.

Of this lot, Denon looks like the best bet. But as usual, trust thy ears, nothing beats a detailed audition of the equipment you want to buy.

Denon because of its video processing capabilities - Its the only one that has Anchor Bay's upscaling chip. In terms of sound, the denon and onkyo should be similar. I hate the sound of yamahas.

Budget is close to 35~40K.

Between the ones you have mentioned Denon 1910 is comparitively more VFM. The last I checked during Diwali it was around 38K. It may have lowered now.

Avoid yamaha 665. its not so great for music nor for movies.
