Unless you want to stick to Denon, there's a better alternative in Onkyo..
Onkyo TX-SR875 - 7.1-Channel Home Theater Receiver | Model Information | Onkyo USA Home Theater Products
You can compare them head to head over
here, although Onkyo is a tad cheaper and heavier by about 10 pounds, it has the Reon chip vs. the Faroudja in Denon which is supposed to be better.
For the speakers, I'd recommend Paradigm Studio series, you can choose from various models.. like Studio 100 or 60 for fronts, CC 690/590 for fronts, ADP 590 for Surrounds depending on your budget.
For the sub, I would recommend
Sunfire Products : Solitaire 12 or
Sunfire Products : Solitaire 10
Having said that, let me suggest my favorite,
Home Theater Speakers - Orb Audio
Mod4s for front and center and Mod2s for surround along with the matched sub they suggest plus the receiver - Denon/Onkyo we talked about earlier.. should give you a killer system.
Orbs also do well with a Panasonic Xr 55/57 recievers, although this reciever is not that high-end as the Dennon / Onkyo.. but much cheaper and lighter...
Also, if I may ask, what made you choose the receivers that you have listed? Just wanted to know, if you are into High-end audio or starting your journey into this world.. coz they might be simply overkill and waste of money.. a Mod2 + Panasonic XR 57 + a SVS/Velodyne sub combo could be a great setup for regular movie watching..
BTW.. which projector are you looking for? the Carada screen is a good choice IMHO.
