AVI to DiVX : Video Converter needed.

Took a couple of NFS U2 stunt vids thru fraps...

its raw AVI, takes 300MB for just 90secs...

wanna convert that into DiVX...help needed ( i'm a newbie in conversion, never tried this coz i always ahd a underpowered P3 )
