Avoid SoSasta....It i a cheaters website

Have ordered eCigarette on SoSasta.com on 1 Sep'11 by my CC. It first told me that they take 3-4 days to verify CC confirnation.. What a cheat...
Till date, the status is "Under processing"
The Callcentre no is unanswered. Even when you get an answer, the helpline has no clue.. They need help more than me...Dealer out of town, out of stock,, awaiting stock...are the excuses after they got my money.

If someone can point me to cyber crime cell, I want to lodge a cheating complaint...

Pl avoid all these websites like AIDS...

Actually its been bought by groupon; so it should be bettr than other similar sites. But looks like that is not the case. Personally I do not buy any THING but coupon from all these deal sites.
 
I had much better experience. Bought a wallet and was delivered in 4 days. But I in general avoid these sites for high value purchases.

Why pay 1799 for unbranded while you may get branded (alcatel, micromax etc) from ebay, letsbuy using discount coupon code.

CC company and disputes? Never heard of it. If they used to do this; what was the point of paisapay/ebay and paypal?

Dude... Then you need to update yourself.

You can contest your CC or ebay charges & get the same reversed. I had bought a BB from ebay & rxd a box with all accesories but no BB Phone. I raised a dispute with ebay & got back my money after ebay issued a notice to seller to rectify the problem.

Also I successfully contested my CC charge for another transcation. CC & ebay/Paypal website have a dispute resolution link wherein you can file a dispute if teh item is not as promised.

So in a nutshell, no matter where you buy from, a seller can't take you for a ride just because you paid in good faith.

If any member needs hekp with a dud transcation, pl contact me for help & I will guide you so that such fly by night sellers don;t make hay with your hard earned money..
