Hi guys,
Well, thread titles can be misleading sometimes :p
This is not a complain thread but more like an awesome experience thread that i had when i RMA'ed my broken pair of Brainwavz M4

Let me tell you this,I have never dealt with MP4Nation in the past so i really didn't have have order history with them to RMA my one earpiece dead M4,I had bought brand new pair of M4's from one of our members here @sriharsha_m in June'12
Out of the box the headphones were amazing and the deal went smooth here as well

They worked amazing for about 3 months and suddenly out of the blue one of the earpiece just stopped working,it won't even crack a little no matter what i tried and since these were new IEM's MP4nation honors a 12month warranty on them but you would need order details in order to get them RMA'ed through MP4Nation(That's what i found out by a little research)

So i finally posted a thread here regarding the RMA procedure for the Brainwavz M4 and within a couple of hours i get a PM from our very own Sriharsha regarding the nature of the problem, I was just astonished by the reply i got from him
I'm quoting here "I will talk with MP4Nation"
Within few minutes i got a email from him with a screenshot of his conversation with the MP4Nation Staff and they did agreed to replace the faulty IEM's

As everyone knows RMA requires you to send the faulty piece back inorder to receive the replacement and i couldn't send MP4Nation the IEM's directly as i wasn't the original buyer so Sri agreed to send them on my behalf
I mailed the package to Sri and again the chat with MP4nation began,They agreed to send the replacement even without receiving the faulty M4

I really dunno but no company would send you the RMA'ed product first before even inspecting the faulty one but MP4nation did provided Sri would keep one of his product on hold with them untill they receive the faulty IEM,They shipped the product 2 days after this conversation with them and i received my replacement yesterday
No doubts,I had to pay for the shipping to MP4nation and the new one from Sri's residence to mine but i never paid the full amount. Sri offered help here as well and we divided the shipping amount in 80-20
My replacements are working fabulous and i'm totally amazed

@sriharsha_m has brought faith in humanity back :p

P.S - Please don't start buying items from him so that you can get RMA help, buy them because he is a genuine and authentic seller/buyer
Respect for you man !! Kudos

YashBhatt lol you started a thread for this? :P Your thread about the M4 came around the same time when me and one of our TE members were going through a RMA nightmare from one of the reputed dealers here regarding a pair of Koss KSC75 each. You might have guessed the dealer by now but let's keep it a secret, we thought of opening a thread about it, but left the idea. So when I came to know of your RMA issue I thought I could offer some help since I had sent one of my faulty gear to mp4nation and was waiting for the replacement which they said would take time, in the meanwhile I just threw a stone to see if they can RMA the M4 and turns out they did, usually they charge for RMA shipping, but since I had an order, they coupled it with the replacement and sent it back. There is one more prologue to this, an year back I bought a M2 from one of our reputed members and it conked off within a couple of days and I had to wait for 6 months to get it RMA'ed and I never really got to use it, so it kind of pushed me to help Yash, thinking I was in the same position once and I wasn't offered much help :P But anyways All izz well :bigok:
