Azureus Scheduling problems

I am have bsnl connection under Home 500 plan.i am using azurus speed scheduler plugin to schedule my downloads from 0200hrs to 0800hrs.
but there is a problem with the rules the just don't work:(


another problem is i always get a msg that azureus didn't shutdown tidly , is there any solution to this msg?
 
hmmm.. azureus does have an option to pause downloads b4 it gets shutdown.. you can try that... speed scheduler i`ll try myself and see if it works for me and let u know
 
i tried the scheduler. works fine for me.

since i have rss feeds enabled, files get queued up as and when they appear on the particular private tracker.

so using the schedule - to just stop downloads between 8-11:59, files sourced from RSS feed got queued up in the stopped state.

and after midnight they automatically started ( did not need to put a schedule to start my downloads separately)

so maybe you should remove that schedule to download between 2-8 am. should work.

btw thanks for bringing this up. i was always lazy to do the scheduling in azureus haha

did that, before posting the thread here, if you have followed the screen shot closely then you must have known it.

looks for version number at status bar below:p

i am using the latest version 3034:)

can please check the rules which made for plugin?, somethings are wrongs at my torrent won't start even between 200hrs to 800hrs, i have to disable to start my downloads:S .
also can please give some more details on the RSS thingy?, i have already installed the plugin, now what next i have to do, also please tell how this whole thing works:huh:

@gaurish take a hint from bionics schedule window. delete the unlimited rule u have set. it may then start working??
 
Ok...then try this out during the "paused" periods....

1. Disable scheduling(don't change rules)

2. Start all downloads

3. Once the downloads begin, enable the scheduler and check if the downloads stop automatically....

4. If the above step works, disable the scheduler and check whether the downloads restart...

Give feedback on how things turn around now..
 
I use Macro Express for my sheduling tasks. Give it a try, it can automatically connect, start azureus and disconnect from internet on the specific time.
 
as soon as i disable scheduling all download as automatically.

Once the downloads begin and if I enable the scheduler, they stop automatically

but then i disable it again & the downloads does not start now

unless i manually start them

i am not doing anything, it happens when i enable the scheduler:S
