Backup 3g dataplan

I plan to use a 3g dongle with my router to serve as a secondary source of Internet when adsl fails.

What i need is a data plan with a long validity with small volume. Most data plans i have seen have validity of 1 month for small volume.
Anybody has a recommendation of a plan which could be usefull.

Reliance CDMA has three year data plan for 2015...
You will get 1 GB data each month for 3 year...
