Backup Windows Mobile 6.1 Messages

How can i backup my Windows Mobile 6.1 Messages/Contacts to Nokia E61 ? Someone with a windows mobile please help me out..

Syncronise with Outlook in PC and transfer the contacts. Also you can use bluetooth.

For SMS - you can copy the same to SIM and transfer.

for messages there is something called a PIM backup. google it!

For Windows Mobile to windows mobile there is Jeyo Mobile companion - I use it and its very good.

But for WM to Symbian - I don't know anything other than those I've mentioned.
