Bad behaviour by Airtel Team ; Need help to escalate to the higher authorities

I have already done this. Waiting for them to take the action. Dont know how much time they may take.
But in the FIR they havent written anything against Airtel Guys...

Are you sure (no hard feelings) that you lodge FIR (they wrote down all your complaint in their register & provide you same copy with Sign & stamp on all pages)

If no calls from Airtel guys now onwards- than there is chance that Police call them & explained your concern.
 
Yes it is a two page FIR With signature and stamp of the New Delhi Police.
They have clearly mentioned the thing about the identity theft, but haven't lodged anything about the other concern.
I dont know why they don't want to take any action on the company. They told me that companies hire the recovery people for this thing only.
Anyways, at least I am assured that they will look into the issue and get to the real culprit first.
