For now, whoever interested will be focusing on Pak side of Balochistan region.
Once Balochistan is formed, there will be national level cultural interactions, which will change the geo-politics of the region for good.
Balochistan region is very rich in resources . I think they recently found Gold deposits too one of the biggest on Earth.
Iran can definitely make great opportunities if Pakistan is out of picture and Balochistan is looking to make better ties with other neighbour.

About time someone did a comparison

The article indicates shipments are routed through other countries. Most likely to circumvent restrictions. Whether the govt. is directly involved is not clear.

So it is only china doing the supplying according to this report. The others are involved to the extent of obscuring the source but aren't actually supplying any equipment of their own. How could they as none are nuclear powers.
The one thing I was interested in is whether what China is doing violates the NPT or not and according to this DIA report that is not the case.
Meaning we can't do sh*t about it

China has broken many international agreements. Claiming entire South China sea is already against international marine laws.However to be fair - USA ...even they have broken many international laws when it comes to their interests.
On top look at the genocide they have carried out in Ughyur ...but I still cannot figure out ...How come entire Muslim world remained silent on this? asa kaunsa Chowmein khila diya Muslim world ko ki they not uttered a word... Imagine when one or two lynching case happens in India...entire muslim world starts calling India anti- minority and what not( ofcourse it is wrong too) but yeha pura region almost a million people were prisoned just for their religion and not a word from the Muslim world ...infact even the west was pretty much silent about it with just one or two countries calling out. I think one was USA and other was France.

What Pakistan is doing isn't different to what India or Israel can do.
Neither of the three signed the NPT.
China has been assisting Pakistan with nuclear weapon programme since 60s. USA already knew about this but they were okay with it because Pakistan was their close ally and they saw India going closer to Soviet so they didnt care to make much noise.
But it is no brainer that Pakistan Nuclear programme got big support from China.
Forget about back then even know they continue to do so.
In name of dual use technology lot of expertise were provided.
Same with North Korea. Soviet assisted them in early days of their nuclear programme but it is no doubt that China did help them with missile programme that could carry nuclear warheads too.
Just building Stock pile is also to some extent violating NPT Article VI which states that these powers need to discuss in limiting the stockpile but since other big powers continue to do so. China cannot be blamed alone for this. Its like all of them are violating it so it become a norm.

China joined the NPT in 1992. Prior to that it's known they shared nuclear tech with Pakistan. Not after.
Only according to Indian commentators who refuse to be told otherwise. Knowledge about NPT among Indian commentators is zero. I've pointed this lacuna to generals who comment in the public space and continue to do so whenever I catch them slipping. Doesn't seem to be sinking in yet.
Not according to the rest of the P5 that have as much of a stake as we do and whose voice matters here unlike ours.

However NK signed the NPT and later withdrew which is why they have the strictest of sanctions imposed.
And is also why Iran will never become nuclear as they too would face the same crippling sanctions as NK. End of the mullah regime then. But just try telling any Israeli commentator that. Won't work.
Building stockpile isn't violating the NPT. It's a binary. Yes or no.
If it were then there would be no nuclear powers in existence because building the first nuke would be a violation. An absurd suggestion.
What Article VI says is working towards disarmament. There is no obligation imposed. India in the 60s was supportive of the NPT for this reason but rejected the NPT in the 70s as it became clear China would be admitted into the nuclear powers club but not India.
