From the invoice of my recent purchase of Amazon. Had to dig through garbage bin for this:
and what was the product?? is that a mobile or any gadget for that matter? Also, is it an amazon manufactured product to have rights on trade on the product?

That is a declaration for CST purposes - that the sale has been made to an individual instead of a registered dealer. Had you been a registered dealer, a "C Form" would have accompanied the shipment. It is not intended to stop private re-sale.
 
This is written in invoices of Flipkart (product was a pendrive)

The goods sold as part of this shipment are intended for end user consumption / retail sale and not for re-sale.

I am not attaching the invoice but can do so if someone doubts the above.

As far as I can think these are just about ones ethics on deciding what is wrong or not for themselves. As a buyer/mod/member in TE (or any forum for that matter), who are we to say that the seller must sell their item for the price we want to buy for? Its his phone that he is selling and who are we to decide his price.
