Spectre

Explorer
I used to check my usage from
dataone.in and top left corner --> Account administration or something like that

Now, when i click any of those links, it gets redirected to bsnl.co.in :@

How are you guys checking your usage?
I tried DUF and other tools, they are unable to connect to any of the servers to pull out the data

I took the connection in Jan 2007 and IP range is 59.*.*.* ( if this helps)

It never worked when I was on BSNL for around a year....

If i did manage to login it would log me in some other person's account and everytime it would be a diff person.... :P

for me none of the above methods doesnt work :(

i get directed to this page, & when i click any link, that link doesnt load up. :\

@ Haddock , have you tried Internet Explorer for the selfcare portals ...

sadly using IE is a must as firefox, chrome browsers do not work there !!

first one has to register in the self care portal ; then it has to be verified ;

later log in to the portal for knowing broadband usage & for few services (!?)

you need to call the customer care guys and ask them for your portal number !!
useless idiots don't care to tell us our portal Id and Password !

I called CC(customer care) and only then they gave me the portal id and password :)
and the portal works for me !
