Bang for the Buck Case Fans (no light??) / Reduce temps on 5600X

Please recommend VFM case fans that does not have any lights (or can be turned off via OpenRGB or something).
My 5600X is reaching ~90 C with BeamNG even with the lower ambient temps (compared to rest of the year)
Already turned on Eco mode from the bios. I am running the stock cooler.

Not necessarily. I'm still using stock cooler been close to 2 years now and on load it barely crosses 63c.
Magic of PBO curve etc. settings.
Undervolting & power limiting are entirely different stuff, can affect performance if enough time is not spent on tuning. Can start BSODs as well. I used UV on my old laptop.

I never used 5600X but heard wraith stealth is not good enough. My i5 12400's stock cooler hit 90C in certain CPU intensive games (Lancool II Mesh). Friend's 3700X on stock cooler does the same but after few months of dust accumulation, heck even starts throttling (CM MB511).

Also, 100% fan speeds will help but I would prefer a quieter system. I use AK400, friend uses AG400. For my friend who doesn't clean his cabinet much, it has been a big QoL improvement.
I am replacing my Lian Li st 120 it makes too much noise at 100% with sickleflow is it a good choice @OMEGA44-XT ?
No RPM control? Get a single tower cooler for CPU, if using stock cooler.

I have RPM control but i have to set it below 80%, otherwise sounds like jet engine . I had an older sickleflow that i compared with lian li which run much quieter at 100%.

Those Lian Li might have higher RPM as well. I keep my cabinet fans around 900RPM on load, 700RPM on idle. CPU cooler fan runs at +200RPM or so.

I have limited only the power and set manual voltage for the proccy. 5600x is extremely sensitive and in microsecs shoots its clock hence the rise in temps.
Performance wise zero issues till date, throw anything at it and it performs as if bios wasn't touched at all.

I am considering getting a Deepcool Gammaxx AG400 Plus and use one of the fans as a case intake fan. That is possible. Right?
Where are all the non-rgb fans. The only option seems now is the Cooler Master Sickleflow.

Sounds good, just check some videos. My AK400 & friend's AG400 had standard fan connectors.

But the exhaust fan on the cooler might be flipped for aesthetic reason. Look some reviews to confirm this, from pics, might be the case.
