Heard about the Xbox 360 advertisement that Microsoft is refusing to air? Well, its the best ad Microsoft has ever done, and one of the best I’ve seen in a long time. I can still understand why the lawyers stopped them from airing the ad, but if Microsoft was smart, this would be airing in every movie theatre in the nation.

old ad, i posted it in TE long ago. I never understood why this ad got banned, I think all the imaginary shooting going on in the store. Any ads dealing with people being killed even if in amusement are not suitable for really young audience - The reason I think.
 
Look, basically the ad admits that playing the xbox makes you want to shoot people in real life (albeit with your fingers). You can't do that and claim in the same breath that FPS do not influence people to violence.
 
yea its the same old crap we hear again and again. games make people violent blah blah. trust me, everytime some kid goes on a rampage with a gun over here... videogames are in the news the next day. it's ****ed up. good thing they banned that ad. it would have only caused more damage than anything else.

as for the ad itself, it was ok... i prefer the nintendo ads myself. this one is very nice imo.

Actually, no. That's not it. I'm just peeved that people weren't using more types of wepons. A sniper rifle maybe. At least there should've been an assault rifle or smg in there.
