Less than 10K basic android with good gps

Questions:-
1. Budget?
A: INR 5-15k

2. Preferred display size, type and resolution?
A: 4 to 5 inch.

3. Preferred operating system? (Android (with version), iOS, Windows Phone etc).
A: Android, not particular about being latest.

4. Preferred connectivity options? (4G, 3G, 2G etc).
A: 3G would do. I live in rural India.

5. Do you have any brand preference or dislike? Please name them.
A: No preference. Robust build that can tolerate a lifetime of 2 years or so.

6. What is your intended use for this phone (internet, camera, multimedia, mails etc.)?
A: A good autofocus camera that can take clear document photos, decent music playback.

7. Single SIM/ Dual SIM?
A: Single would do.

8. New or Used? Online or Offline?
A: New. Don’t mind buying online

9. Any other requirements?
A: Google maps and offline maps are my favorite apps, so a good gps chip that doesn't lose signals and quick location fix would be preferred.

200 ppi display should do.

Heating- is not good for electronics- so a phone that heats less.

10. If you have already considered a phone, then please mention the model

Redmi 2S(it has compass, but does it give heat under normal operations?)

Moto E2(3G)- no compass!

I strictly don't do gaming.
Whatsapp, news and weather apps, prepaid topup apps is all what i will do.
Strictly android.

Until recently, i was happy with the 2 year old htc explorer, but the small screen and fat fingers wasted a lot of time in typing and correcting the typing, so sold today out of frustration.
