My friend needs a PC for Home use and casual sessions of FIFA series. FIFA 12 must run good on this PC.
Please suggest a good configuration. Will be buying very very soon. Just need help on optimal config.

He is on a tight budget - 20k -25k. Not much, I know but usage is pretty basic, except for FIFA 12 ;-)

He has a PC too old to be of use. He will discard or donate the whole PC.

None. Buliding from scratch.
