Budget 0-20k Basic GPU Advice below build

Hi Guys,

Currently I am using PC with below configuration

DELL UP2414Q (3840x2160@30Hz)
MSI Z97 GAMING 5 (MS-7917)
Intel Core i5 4690K @ 3.50GHz
Corsair Vengeance - 8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3
EVGA SuperNOVA 850 B2

Previously I have used GTX 980 with this build and currently its dead .
I have seen couple of people suggesting Nvidia T600 for display .
Can anyone tell me if I can play play Dota 2 at high resolution or should I go for 1650 or 1050Ti ?

I will upgrade this PC once RPTech showers me with some GPU in coming future .
 
T600 gaming review
TLDW- same chip as 1650, but with some shaders disabled. Performance should be very close to 1650.
