If there are power fluctuations in your area get a basic UPS.
You may also consider an AMD rig with A4 4000 or A8 5600k

I went yesterday to local shop..Checked almost 10 shops..I didn't find fsp saga psu.
I went through some posts here,most are suggesting nzxt gamma cabinet,But i didn't find it either..Seems they are good..
Where do i get these two online.?
 
Buying cases online will increase the cost due to their weight.
Alternatives are nzxt source 210,Antec Basiq 300w.
