Budget 90k+ Basic workstation pc build in around 1 lakh. (With upgradability, RMA in mind)

* (Some words are linked with spec sheets/webpages)

Budget: 1 Lakh. (flexible upto 1.2Lakh)

--Usage--
The PC will be used by me and my brother. It would be used for many productivity applications like Blender, CAD softwares, Da Vinci resolve, Adobe suite, Unity, Unreal engine etc.
The PC will be accessed through remote desktop (using Parsec/Moonlight etc.) but it shouldn't matter much as long as the pc has a great ethernet connection.
I'm planning to upgrade the CPU and GPU in future. At minimum, 5 years.

--My current parts list--
CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 7600 ~ 20k
Motherboard -
GPU - GALAX 3080 SG 10GB ~ 40k (thank you everyone for their inputs on the previous thread <3)
RAM - G.Skill Flare X5 32Gb (16Gbx2) Ddr5 6000MHz (36-36-36-96) ~ 10k
Storage -
PSU -
Case - Lian Li Lancool 216 ~ 7.8k

--Build Help--

CPU:
I chose the AM5 platform because it is the only one available to me that will receive updates in future. Intel LGA1700 and AM4 are still great options but I chose to go with AM5.
Budget was 15k (Ryzen 5 5600) so went with cheapest AM5 option (Ryzen 5 7600 ~ 20k). Planning to use the stock cooler that comes with 7600.
Motherboard:
Looking for B650 boards as they are within budget and have good features.
It should be able to handle future AM5 CPUs. Like, maybe a Ryzen 9900x.
M.2 slots gen 5 is not a requirement but if a good motherboard comes with it, no problem.
On-board wifi is not a hard requirement but I've heard it's cheaper.
Please suggest wifi+bluetooth cards that are cheap. Do USB ones perform bad?
The boards I have in mind:
(Please suggest any other great motherboards you have in mind, even if above budget.)
For single GPU:
- MSI Pro B650M-P ~ 14.1k
- GIGABYTE B650M GAMING X AX WIFI ~ 17k
For dual GPU: (If I ever need to add a second card, do I need a second card?)
- ASRock B650M PG Riptide ~ 17.3k
- MSI PRO B650M-A WIFI ~ 18.9k
- MSI PRO B650-P WIFI ~ 21k
For dual GPU criteria I looked for PCIE gen4 x16 (running at x4) slots. Feel free to give your opinions on whether I actually need dual GPU support. AV1 remote desktop streaming isn't here yet and if I need it for a video project, I can use software encoding.
GPU:
Bought a 3080 10GB from TE marketplace for 40k.
RAM:
I chose Gskill 6000mhz as it was the best value DDR5 I could find. The flare x5 supports EXPO while ripjaws s5 supported XMP.
Feel free to suggest me better RAM options if any.
Storage:
Ragarding the distribution, I am thinking of NVME M.2 SSD for OS, applications and active project files. And an HDD for bulk storage and old/finished project files. What kind of distribution would be best?
An NVMe/SATA(2.5") SSD costs around 5k and an HDD around 4.5k. I could find these combinations:
- 500gb nvme + 500gb sata (2.5") + 2tb hdd (nvme for os and apps, sata for projects)
- 1tb nvme + 1tb sata (2.5") (less but faster storage)
- 1tb nvme + 2tb hdd (nvme for os, apps and projects)
SSD
For M.2 storage, I chose these 3 options. All are PCIE gen3.
- WD SN570 1TB ~ 5k (No DRAM)
- Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1TB ~ 6k (Has DRAM)
- Samsung 980 1TB ~ 6k (No DRAM)
All three have TBW of 600TB and 5 years warranty.
I'm leaning towards sn570 or 970 evo plus due to 1k price gap and DRAM availability.
Please look at this SSD benchmark for a comparison between the 3 in different usecases.
Which one should I get?
HDD
For HDD I chose these three. 7200rpm is faster so better I guess.
- WD Blue 2TB 7200 RPM 256MB 3.5" ~ 4.4k
- Toshiba P300 2TB High-Performance 7200RPM ~ 4.4k
- Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200 RPM ~ 4.4k
I've heard toshiba ones are reliable, and since all are priced equally and have same 2 year warranty please suggest me which one I should take. Any one that's available at lower price?
PSU:
Keeping future (big boy CPU + 4090) in mind I chose 1000W PSUs. (Chose from tier A ones from psu cultists list.)
- antec HCG 1000 extreme ~ 10.75k (the cheapest and most number of ports on it. and gold in colour)
- antec HCG 1000 gold ~ 11.4k (same as above but black colour, no differences except colour??)
- deepcool pq1000m ~ 11.2k (this gives less cables and ports compared to the antec? it's not a problem considering future GPUs?)
- nzxt c1000 ~ 11.55k (falls under speculative position in the psu cultist list)
Leaning towards the antec 1000 extreme. Please do tell me if there's any difference except colour between extreme and gold.
Other suggestions?
Case:
Chose Lian Li Lancool 216 (~ 7.8k) because of it's great airflow, radiator supports, GPU clearance, and preinstalled fans.
Suggest other options?
Thermal Paste:
noctua nt-h1
arctic mx4
gc extreme
(I have the least idea here, picked these from internet suggestions. Suggest some?)

Overclocking
Not a requirement. But a capable motherboard would be good.

OS
Windows 10/11
Maybe Linux

--RMA--
What about RMA? Is it an important factor in parts decision? Which brands I should look for and avoid in the various categories?

--Summary--
- Suggest a good B650 motherboard that can handle future ryzen 9's and 4090.
- Suggest cheap wifi5/6+bluetooth cards. Do USB ones perform bad?
