bassy iem for under 3k.. please help !

So i got my sony mdr xb30 yesterday which i ordered from flipkart.

And to my surprise they had sent me a duplicate sony iem, not only i was upset due to late delivery but was also furious due to such instance.

Hence i have decided to up my budget till 3k.

I need some expert advice which one should i go for.

I listen to hip hop , edm, rnb, old hindi songs and some new ones.
Please guys i need your help

I was using cowen em1 but it didn't lasted long ....so i decided to invest in a decent one.

I have narrowed down my choice to

Sennheiser cx 3.00
Or
Brainwavz s0.

Do let me know your suggestions guys.

I want good bass as ill be using it in gym.
 
SoundMAGIC E10S. Very accurate musical detail, hammering bass, sparkling treble, detail mid. Soundstage is good. With a normal music player or Smartphone someone can't get the optimum quality from this earphone but with a good music player like Cowon, Apple or Walkman player it's Amazing. The musical clarity awesome. High's Lows & Mids have separate image. Overall with proper equaliser the sound signature, separations & booming bass makes you busy with shaking head.

Thank you guys ..both of these headphones crossed my list when i qas doing my rnd... not completely convinced with jvc but e10s looks good. ... any idea about brainwavz s0? ?

I'm tempted to try those
 
^ I would suggest a BRAINWAVZ M5 into the mix as well.

Has a decent low-end to it, if you are in Delhi I can come to some METRO station and you can audition it and pick it up from me. Cheers!
 
I am using Brainwavz S1 from last few months and they are brilliant. @ALPHA17 had suggested me to buy those and it was really a great buy.

Now their price has also got big cut and are available for about 3k. If you have good stores in your city then you may even be able to try them out.

I have tried XB-70 the bass was good but it was clouding all other aspect of a song

i have ordered Brainwavz s0 from amazon for 2399.
they said it will come with a mic and a remote which will be compatible with the IPOD touch 4g.
and also with 2 years of warranty so ..... looking forward to that and i'm very excited to use a brainwavz IEM for the first time as my previous IEM was COWON em1 which was quite decent in my opinion.. hope S0 wont disappoint me !

They do not show stock of the BRAINWAVZ S0 when I looked it up.

Hey Buddy,

I got my Delivery last Thursday and there were only 2 on stock.

the built quality and the presentation was excellent also not to forget the 2 year warranty.
But it was not a perfect fit according to my requirement. i needed a bass heavy IEM and S0 was some what falls in the neutral sound zone.

the bass was flat and not deep as i want it to be. Clarity was average. i'm not an audiophile but my cowon EM1 sound better than S0.

And the service center guy of COWON gave me a new pair of EM1 even after the warranty got expired for more than 2 months.

s0 for 2400 is not worth it so i returned the order and also the remote that came along with the IEM was not working with either of the device (NOTE2 & IPOD TOUCH 4g)

I have ordered an XB30 from flipkart , they sent me a duplicate model so i returned it the very next day. i hate flipkart and i will never order from there as this is my 3rd experience like this with them.

i Tried XB50 at CROMA. they were amazing i was going to buy those but then the COWON service center guy gave me a replacement of my old EM1.
so im quite happy with it .. although i will still try to buy XB50 in the amazon sale tomorrow if they drop the price and also the JBL T150A,those are awesome and so is AMAZON
 
I still think you should have kept it on you for sometime and let it burn-in. But, in the end whatever makes you happy.

And really good gesture from COWON's side.

Indeed, i got my replacement in just 2 days. so yeah the After sale service of COWON is absolutely brilliant and so is their IEM cowon em1
