^ to answer ur question in a simpler manner , batch file is nothing but a series of commands in a sequential manner that would run in the cmd / command prompt. for eg. u type manual commands into ur command prompt. however u can run the same sequentially one after the other and run the same. myself and many here can help u create the batch file as per ur choice , but u havent given much details 
......its very easy to make one urself....if u want to run it / schedule it use the schedular of windows and set a task to it....
Start > Run > type 'tasks' hit enter...then use the wizard and link the batch file to run....

make a list of the commands in the notepad to be run and save it as .bat extension. then schedule it as hanzy told... purpose solved... !!

+1 for above reply write in notepad and remem to save it in .bat...u can also add the bat file in the start up though ..:hap2:
