most of us know this is going to happen, but it does not take away from the quality of the bf series.

I disagree. 2142 is a fully new game not a 'crappy expansion pack'

Nice trailer,but since 2142 is working on the same bf2 engine..does tht mean tht the comps which are playing bf2 now are capable of handling it?

It seems Dice didn't have time for building a new engiune frm the ground up so they are using a newer upgraded version of the bf2 engine.So would the systems playing bf2 be able to handle 2142?

Lol building a engine take sometime, and since this is spring 2006 i am assuming its the same engine............. So systems playing bf2 would be able to handle this easily.
