I started this thread, for the BSG Fans here, to discuss about the Upcoming Season 3!!

Check this out..

Based upon what I have read from cast interviews and Ron Moore's blogs here is what I think (for what it is worth):

Leoben is looking for Kara because they have some sort of connection. Kara is realizing that marriage to Anders is not the same as a drunken roll in the hay. I think that their relationship is on the rocks. Enter Leoben - they have an affair. Starbuck really starts to question her beliefs and feelings regarding herself, cylons, etc.

The cylon occupation proceeds. Living conditions improve (maybe Leoben gets medicine for Anders, further endearing himself to Kara) but freedom disappears. Baltar becomes a puppet leader and tows the line for the cylon overlords. Tigh's wife becomes a cylon collaborator. Chief, Kara and Tigh form, or are part of, a resistance cell. A sinister side of cylon occupation starts to emerge as humans chafe under the cylon totalitarian regime. People are disappeared, etc.

Meanwhile, back with the fleet, Adama and Apollo are wracking their brains trying to figure out how to rescue the colonists with two partially manned battlestars. They come up with a plan that requires Sharon's help. She tells them to stuff it. Adama reveals to her that her child is alive and on N.C. She helps in order to save her baby.

The rescue begins. Kara betrays leoben. Anders dies. The colonists (or most of them) escape. Baltar is left behind/stays behind and ends up with the cylons. Pegasus is destroyed in the rescue. Dualla dies? Maybe. It would give Apollo something to stew about for the season - may he and Kara could console each other...

Possibly some key characters are captured by the toasters, leading to further rescue attempts as the season progresses...
This is all wild speculation and most likely 100% wrong. Hopefully it is fodder for discussion...

This, is a really nice Forum of many BSG Fanatics. Really good discussions on there.

Ever thougth of this,

Maybe, the Fleet, will go out, find Earth, and then come back to New Caprica to save the colonials? That way, theyd get even more people, to fight, and hopefully, more Battlestars, or something of that sort. Considering ofcourse, that Earth, is actually the 13th Tribe of people, who left the Colonies earlier.
Im wondering, when the BSG, is going to run out of Supplies, since more than half the colonials are on New Caprica.
 
Maybe we need more fans here :P.

Dont tell me, there are only 3 BSG Fans here. :(.

Including myself, Aces and Freefrag. :|.
 
Hey! I'm a fan of the old series... never got to watch the new series... maybe because of CAS....
 
season 3 seems definately impressive.........awaiting it's release in October but rite now eagerly awaitin Stargate Atlantis's new season starting in July
 
I feel the cylons and the humans are gonna maintain a peaceful relation, till some renegade humans become terrorists and kill "robots"

But we have a very important concept here, what if a machine starts thinking, is it considered living ?
