Beam Cable ISP?

i have used beam cables and their speeds are awesome :-) , infact its the same isp that my cousion uses currenlty and on a 256 kbps line he downloads as if a 2 mbps @ 200 KBps .
 
my friend has this, poor service , they give it through LAN, speed what you get is promised speed / 4
 
i dont know as to what cyrux says but 6 months back when i used it it was blazing fast and downloads were always over 100 to about 200 on ARES client . i have seen it with my own eyes for over a week so i believe in it. the area were i used it was banjara hills .
 
its a spike ! beamcable is f**king horrible they are just playing smart
demo's,servers are just a big joke (marketing tactics) . even sify is better compared to beamcable in all terms!
