Beam cable says my FUP exhausted

Hi frnds,

Iam having the beam cable@hyderabad 4mbps plan
but today my beam connection suddenly dropped to 1mbps and in their portal it is saying that you have exhausted FUP limit. And my usage is shown as only ~6 GB. I called their service center and raised a ticket. They said that it may be the problem from our server side and we will rectify it ASAP. Am i the only one facing this problem or any one else?
