Storage Solutions Beep-Beep sound from Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex Desk 2TB

So I have this Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex Desk drive for like 10 years and it would work atleast till last 5 years or so. Since then it gives this beep-beep click sound as if the head is stuck on the platter. So now my doubt arises.
Should I go for repairing this drive? Is it worth the money? How much would it cost?
When should I get it repaired? I live in Mumbai. Was thinking of Lamington road but trains are not working.
I don't mind if I lose the data... don't even know what is there on the drive.
I would have dumped it but I wanted to give a last chance if it's feasible.
What are your suggestions?

If you dont care for data then better dont care for this 10yr old hdd as it has served its life.
Fiddling with it will kill her.
Repairing as well will mostly kill her fully.

Dont bother if the data isn't your concern. For the exact same fear of this, I have 2 HDDs at home here. And whenever I have to backup something, it goes in both drives. So if one of them goes bad some day, we still have another working drive and then I can buy a new one and the cycle continues.

I get beep beep sounds on external drives of the USB port isnt supplying with enough power.

Maybe open up the case and try plugging the SATA drive directly into your desktop
