Beetel 450TC1 Router: How to enable RTSP (port 544) for live streaming?

Hello guys, I have a MTNL Broadband connection with Beetel's 450TC1 Router which is provided by MTNL only.

I have an issue that I cannot watch live streams on my mobile, all other video streams work fine. I searched for the issue on Google and found that it's got to do with RTSP being blocked (port 544).

So how do I unblock (or enable) this so that I can watch live streams?

Any sort of help will be appreciated.

What happens when you watch those same streams on a PC ?

I don't know how to watch them on PC.
Just tried an rtsp link on VLC player's stream option and the screen stayed black.
