Belkin N600 router - DDWRT not loading external drives

sorry for hijacking the thread but friends, I have Belkin N600 HD router & have flashed it with DDWRT, my ISP is fivenet & having speed till 10MBPS.

I want to setup NAS but the router does not load the external drives, let be HDD or PEN DRIVES etc etc ....... it does read in the DDWRT setup but not in the explorer, can anyone please help me setup ?????

I have tried Latest Version of DDWrt, which support upto 1tb Ext HDD/Pendrive without any problem, Note : I used Only EXT3 format
 
updated to the latest version of DDWRT (March 2013)

Updated the dd-wrt.v24-21061_NEWD-2_K2.6_mini.bin & then dd-wrt.v24-21061_NEWD-2_K2.6_big.bin ......... both updated successfully.

Formatted my 16GB pen drive to EXT3 using MiniTool Partition Wizard

Tried to Mount on my Router but its still not mounting ????
And why is it still showing NTFS ????

You have formatted to exFAT, not EXT3. Use GParted OR Ubuntu Live OR minitool partition wizard/easus partition software (not sure of exact name) to format to EXT3, then Apply the changes.

Also, you will need to use the big/mega builds to have mounting support.
