Previously the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 was expected be released with dual-core processor , But recently there were rumors that Samsung took a U-turn by putting quad-core in the Note 10.1 instead .

According to the benchmark leak , the model number is same as previous dual core Note 10.1 , but the chipset is Exynos 4412 with quad-core 1.5GHz ARM Cortex-A9 processor which is found on the new Galaxy S III .
The GPU is also marked as unknown Mali . The reason behind this is the next generation GPU - Mali T-604 which is supposed to boast 5 times performance than Mali 400 and scalable upto 4 cores .
This explains the much higher benchmark scores compared to the Galaxy S III with same CPU and Mali 400 .
If these specs are true , the Note 10.1 will be one of the most powereful to come out this year .
