PC Peripherals benq 24" text tearing issue! HELP!

I bought benq G2420HD a couple of weeks back...there is a problem...the text looks a little blurry...I mean the horizontal part of an alphabet looks good but vertical part of the alphabet looks blurred,having kinda shadow around the lines...like if u want to install something, the text written on the installation window is not visible enough, kinda blurred
I know a lot of ppl own this LCD...please help!
 
a screen shot would help the responders to suggest required settings..

it may be due to incorrect frequency OR a problem with resolution !!
