Any suggestions about the new Benq TFT-TV MK2442 24" full HD?

My major concern is image quality as compared to dell s2409w or samsung p2350.
 
I saw this panel when I visited a local store, the quality was not appealing and I would have to loved to see its performance against the latest Benq V2400 LED version, but it was not available with the store.

Please let me know about its performance against the LED version if you get a chance
