Android best alternative for whatsapp

I HV used WhatsApp n it is good but is there any alternative to it which is equally good or better than it. Pls suggest

even if there were, what would be the use of it. nobody else uses anything else other than watsapp and fb messenger. ive hardly seen people using viber.

If you're looking for an alternative, take a look at Telegram.

Nothing beats Whatsapp as far as the number of users and ease of use is concerned, but sometimes you just need an alternative (for multiple reasons).
