Best and most value for money HD DTH

Want a most VFM and best quality DTH Service for my new 40" LED. Suggestions please

1 Year HD PACKAGE
For North, East and west package get a
Gold HD - Rs. 4665 + Star World Premier HD - Rs. 500 = 5165 [Tamil HD channels and box are not included]

I am also looking for a DTH provider so instead of creating a new one, I'll add into this one.

Well after reading reviews in general I have concluded that Airtel & Videocon are VFM and planning for one of the two. Here are some pros & cons
Airtel
Pros: Excellent customer service, Universal remote
Con: Expensive than videocon but cheaper than tata sky

Videocon
Pros: cheapest
Con: Picture quality not par to other providers, reports of sluggish & non-user friendly interface

But I do not have personal experience of videocon, so I would like to know how much inferior is the picture quality compared to Airtel?

Ultra pack (highest available) + HD pack comes to 605 PM
Platinum HD pack of D2H; the highest available pack from D2H comes to 481 PM
Theres a healthy difference of 124 Rs. between the two in their highest packages!!!

Please advise...

Airtel has worst customer service. Lots of TE guys here can attest to that.

^^ well you probably are right but I have personal experience of Airtel's service in Ahmedabad since my mom-in-law has it at her place. Service quality would differ from city to city and area to area. As such 9 out of 10 times the issue is that the alignment of dish is disturbed and in such cases I know how to make it correct. So not a major factor.
