Best Battery life Smartphone

Fed up with my iphone 4s, its battery doesnt last even for 7 or 8 hours, even with location services,wifi off... Please suggest me a smartphone with best battery life, features reqd:

1.Good camera ( 8MP +)
2.Android OS
3.Good touch response, like iPhone
4.Handy, should fit in pocket ( size up to iphone4s, definitely no NOTE 2)
 
Motorola Razr Maxx / Maxx HD.
It is considered to have an awesome battery life due to 3300 mAh battery. This phone if you are not someone who is running after latest hardware and all.

Btw i am not sure why your iPhone's battery is not lasting. I use 3G lot of time in day (bad network area) and watch videos in AVplayer (full brightness) for like 1.5 Hours and still have decent battery. EDGE is on full time.

Either your iPhone's battery is dying (how old is it?) or you have very heavy usage patterns. If the latter case, for similar usage, I haven't seen Androids do better. I have been getting exceptional backup on my Lumia in Battery Saver mode, but I don't talk a lot, it's mostly WiFi for emails and videos and light games.

iPhone is less than a year old, bought from dubai, will i get warrantee here?
 
A Lenovo P770 comes with a big 3500 mAh battery. There are a couple of reviews in our forum itself.
 
If you are jailbroken, install batteryinfo lite and see the number of cycles and also what mAH it shows for the device at present.
