Best bet for a 35K comp for gaming and movies ?

Is this the best config for a 35k gaming and movie PC.? ( considering DDR3 compatible mobo and quad core processor a must. ( Keeping in mind that 35k is the absolute upper limit. Not a penny more !!!

Processor: Athlon II X4 620 - 5.3k

Mobo : Gigabyte 785GMT-UD2H - 5.9k

RAM: Transcend 2GB DDR3 1333MHz - 2.6k

GPU: ATI 4670 - 4k

HDD: Seagate 500GB SATAII 7200.12 series- 2.4k

Cabinet: Zebronics Bijli - 1k

SMPS: Gigabyte Superb 460W - 2.2k

Optical Drive: L.G. GH22NS30 SATA/Samsung SH-S22F SATA - 1.1k

Monitor: Benq G2220HD 22" - 8k

Keyboard: Samsung Pleomax - .2k

Mouse: Logitech Optical - .4k

Ups : APC 500VA - 2100

This is 34K. Where can I invest the extra 1k ? any better GPU ? Cut down on MOBO and distribute/ invest on some other part?

I am buying a " entertainment PC" mainly for watching movies and occasionally playing games. Not the highest order in games but at the same more than basic games like EA cricket or Hitman 2. ( old games like far cry, far cry 2 or Max Payne 2 should run comfrtably on it.) and new games like assassin's creed or Dragon Age ( is it asking for too much ?

I have made up a config of My own based on advice from various kind people on this forum. Your inputs on this would be highly appreciated. My budget is 40k at the most and I plan to run windows 7.
(FOR ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS PLEASE GIVE THE PRICE AS WELL OR ANY PRICE CORRECTIONS IF NEEDED.)

Sorry dude. Have been having too many things on my mind. N the sudden budget constraint is another story in itself. ( comes from being a novice, i guess.) I saw another member's similar request for a budget gaming PC and have decide on the config provided by "Karthi07". Thanks a lot for your help too. And Karthi's config will go a bit beyond 35k but less than 40 and will do.

I m a humble lay person with minimal tech knowledge and all I wanted to do was buy a assembled PC. But with so many recommendations pouring in from all sides, I am getting more and more confused.
My basic config so far is a
AMD X4 620
Biostar TA790GX A3+
transcend 2 gb RAM ( for starters.. in a month or two will add 2GB more)
SMPS: Gigabyte Superb 460W

now for the graphics card. Some people have suggested I go with the 4850 1GB coz it gives me more VRAM and some have suggested that the 4870 512MB coz it is more powerful. I have no clue which is better. ( I am not a hardcore gamer but would play games occasionally and would like to have some new games for e.g. dragon age : origins.)
So which one should i go for. pls suggest.

And please tell me the price of both the cards too.

No point explaining nitty grittys and the peculiar circumstances here. budget finally rests at 35k. So i will be honoured if somebody actually gave me some answers about my query.
