Best BLOG site ??

as the topic says ...i am planning to create a blog ...which is the best site at present ???
i need some site which has not been banned by the indian ISP's . and also how can u see blogs of banned sites ???? (i hope this is not illegal ..if it is then mods can edit my post)

dude the ban has been lifted...

If you are a bit techie and plan to get your own domain name and shift to your own server space some time soon, i suggest wordpress. else blogger has everything you need and more coming!

There are many. Wordpress is good if u get MySQL DB access. Otherwise u can get Greymatter also. It does not need DB.

i am a NOOB in all these things so cant really understand what is MY SQL and all .... anyways i need something user friendly for now ....might go wid wordpress ..

Yup you can.

I though u are using Wordpress on your own website. Wordpress is good for free blogs also.
