Best broadband service in Gujarat

So whenever I am visiting my parents place, the one thing I miss is high speed internet. Now I am not looking for a 20 mbps service but something in at least 1-2 mbps range with decent stability, least downtime and moderately price. Also, preferably no caps (ie. unlimited downloads).

Currently, they have BSNL 512 kbps (I think) UL. Its not too shabby while browsing but youtube and downloads take forever.

Please suggest a better option for kutch region in gujarat. Do airtel, reliance and likes provide service there?

Gandhidham. Been using bsnl since 10 years. I know reliance provides 3g dongles but they are shabby. Not sure about airtel though. Any good website to investigate into ISPs serving that area?
