21-30k Best Budget Laptop under 25K

Hi there
I am Looking to buy a laptop under 25,000. I do not use heavy applications, just for browsing and entertainment and I am going to buy in this weekend so pls give me your Valuable advises

Actually i never owned a laptop and dont really know much about laptop companies.. So suggest me one which is reliable, and wouldnt make me do trips to service centres.
