Graphic Cards Best card <10k?

my old 8400gs died recently...so i am thinking of an upgrade..what do you guyz suggest?
my current setup is
athlon II x4 630
gigabyte superb
transcend 4gb ddr3
benq 2200hd

The budget is limited to 10k.

Zotac GTX 460 will be around 14k.......

and definitely its better than 5770.....

even if GTX 460 is available for 10k,

HD5770 will be the way to go for op

simple reason, his psu "Gigabyte superb" won't be able to handle the GTX 460,

even HD5770 is under doubt,

@op go for HD5770 for now,

but think about changing your psu to something like VX450 or VX550
