In your application its a good investment and you can never have too much ram.
You can look at the lancool cases as well but thats just a matter of choice.
For the powersupply as long as you go with a corsair you cant go wrong a TX850 should be enough for you even if you choose to add more cards in the future. The HX1000 is a great PSU but kinda overkill.
The UD 5 is an amazing board your whole setup is going to be very very fast.
