Best earphones available for around $60

let me confirm : earphones or headphones & what kind of music you listen to...

you have the following options : shure e2c , etymotic er6i.
from these , it depends on what you listen to and go accordingly ... search for their reviews
 
Im looking for eaphones... preferably noise isolation/cancellation. I would like earphones that give rich bass but at the same time, have a reasonably crisp treble.

See there are varieties even in earphones. You have the old earplugs, and you have in-canal you also have the half size (not sure what they're called) like the Bose QC3 (talking about the form factor)

The ep630 seem like a good choice for music, although they are hard to come by at the moment...For those who don't want circumaural (full size that surround your ear) go for something half size. Sony has a few products in this category as do altec lansing...

However the price of the ep630 makes it a steal, if you can lay your paws on one that is ;) oh and they're passive NC ones.
 
LOL sony headphones suck other than the SA-5000 or whatever its called and the obscenely expensive Qualias.
