Budget 15-20K Best Fastest and cheapest Android phone

Hi,
Was trying to find out the fastest and cheapest android phone. My search tells me Huawei honor 6 is the fastest phone with all the best features cost wise.
Thinking of upgrading from my pantech this year. Please suggest.

Nope. The GPU used by Honor 6 is pretty average. If you want the best bang for buck around the 20k mark then get the One Plus One. Else wait for the Mi 4 launch. Expected launch by Jan end and pricing is expected to be ~18k for the 16GB model.

Any other options with in or less then 5 inch screen. I still like to carry my phone in my shirt pocket!
