Best fitness band with accurate ECG for elders

Looking to buy a couple of smartwatches for my parents purely for health tracking purposes.

My main priorities:-
  1. 24hr ECG monitoring
  2. Sleep tracking
  3. Other health tracking metrics need to be accurate
  4. Good battery life
  5. Comfortable to wear through out the day, not bulky
Budget is ideally under 10k.
 
I am not sure of 24hr ECG monitoring. ECG is available though. Samsung Galaxy Watch, Apple watch, Garmin & Huawei are available though way over budget.
ECG Feature is not accurate as chest sensor models too.

Baring this requirement Samsung Galaxy Watch 4/5 will be available within 10k in the upcoming sale. Choose 40mm/44mm wisely for parents.

I find more people getting sub 3/4k worth smartwatches and use it. So decide accordingly.
 
There is no 24hr ECG as one has tonuse both hands touching the watch, but HR monitoring only with irregular beats monitored i guess but Samsung does same i don't know...have heard apple watch does monitor better in that regard.
